Cleaning and Support Services

NOCN's qualification in Cleaning and Support Services (QCF) is designed to meet the needs of employers for ‘just in time’ training and provide for accreditation of ‘on the job’ training and development.

The qualification aims to help address the skills gaps identified in technical cleaning skills, information technology, employability, customer care and communication skills for cleaning operatives working in different work settings.

Minimum Age	Level 2 19
