ESOL Skills for Life
Over 7 million adults in England have difficulties with literacy and numeracy and it is estimated that a million of these have a first language other than English.
The NOCN Entry Level Certificates in ESOL Skills for Life at Entry 1, Entry 2 and Entry 3 form part of a suite of qualifications that can be flexible, accessible and delivered in a range of contexts to meet needs of learners identified with ESOL needs below Level 1. The qualifications provide opportunities for delivery to take account of the wealth of cultural experience and diversity of the learners whilst ensuring their achievement is mapped against national standards.
The NOCN Entry Level Certificates in ESOL Skills for Life are particularly suitable for those with very little English who may have recently arrived in the UK or who have newly identified literacy and ESOL needs.
We have recently had our Level 1 and Level 2 ESOL Skills for Life qualifications approved, please see details of these below along with Practice Assessments for these qualifications.

Practice Assessments: Level 1 Writing Practice Assessment Level 2 Writing Practice Assessment ESOL Reading at Level 1 and 2 is assessed through the Adult Literacy Level 1 or 2 assessment. This can be completed either through an onscreen assessment or as a paper based assessment. All assessments are on demand.
