Faith Community Development

NOCN's qualifications in Faith Community Development (QCF) are open to people of all beliefs, including those who hold none.

The qualifications have been designed to support faith leaders, workers and volunteers to recognise and develop their ability as well as realise their potential to respond to the needs of their communities. They also support the establishment of strong interfaith communities that use their resources to promote social justice and to help improve the quality of community life.

These qualifications have been designed to be accessible to a wide target group within faith communities. In particular the qualifications offer opportunities for faith leaders and workers to explore and develop their potential within the context of a community setting.
