NOCN’s qualifications in Information, Advice or Guidance provide learners with the opportunity to develop and gain recognition for their skills at a range of levels and in a variety of contexts where information, advice or guidance is offered.

The qualifications are responsive to both the needs of learners as employees and their employers and have been developed with the support of:
