IT User Skills (ITQ)

NOCN's qualifications in IT User Skills (ITQ) have been developed using e-skills UK, the Sector Skills Council (SSC) for Business and Information Technology's units and rules of combination. The qualifications aim to equip individualswith the IT user skills needed for full participation in employment and society.

The qualifications recognise the needs of employers for ICT qualifications that reflect real-world skills, and the challenges of workplace learning enable recognition of the skills that employers want across the range of levels.
