Become an End Point Assessor

At NOCN Group, we are always on the lookout for talented technical experts to join our assessor team.

End Point Assessors are the backbone of our EPA offer, providing high-quality assessments to apprentices who are at the end of their apprenticeship programmes.

You do not have to have had experience conducting assessments before, At NOCN Group we seek technical experts who have up to date high-quality industry expertise, but who also bring their own flair and personality to the operation.

We are recruiting for assessors in all of our approved standards, from Digital Engineers to Financial Services and Construction. A full list of our standards can be found below.

We are committed to Valuing All people, giving equal access to opportunities, removing discrimination and breaking down barriers to involvement. We believe in fostering a culture where we can all thrive and have developed our values to help represent this.

How do I apply and what do I need to complete?

All of our applications are completed via a secure Microsoft forms application. We require all of our applicants to fully complete this process, which generates a standardised electronic CV. This will then be used by our recruitment team to review your application and process it to the next stage.
