Are you an Individual with recent occupational experience who is passionate about their sector? Would you be interested in giving back to your profession by assessing apprentices against an industry standard? If so, then a role as an Independent End Point Assessor may be for you.
Overview of the role
In 2017 the government introduced a requirement that all apprenticeships contain an End Point Assessment (EPA). This is an assessment of the Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours (KSBs) learnt by the apprentice throughout the apprenticeship. The KSB’s are outlined in the assessment plan for each apprenticeship standard and your role as an Independent End Point Assessor would involve assessing apprentices against this set criteria.
At NOCN Group we’re looking for qualified individuals to become Independent End Point Assessor for all of our approved standards ranging from Construction to Financial Services. A full list of our standards can be found here.
