We are seeking End Point Assessors to join our growing Apprenticeship Team. The role will involve observing apprentices in their place of work to evaluate their skills against the criteria set out in the assessment plan for the apprenticeship standard they have been working towards. This is an opportunity to use your professional skills and knowledge to develop others and shape the future skills of your sector.

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have occupational competence in one of the areas listed below
  • Hold an Assessor qualification, be working towards or be willing to work towards an Assessor qualification
  • Hold a valid UK driving license and have flexibility to travel across your area
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

We are keen to speak to people with experience in: 

  • Carpentry and Joinery
  • Steel fixing
  • Engineering
  • Formwork
  • Construction Plant Operative (CPCS Cards only)
