Dave undertakes interim assignments and is currently based at Milton Keynes College. Previously he was a Vice Principal at Bedford College, overseeing the strategic leadership of the college as well as continuing oversight of the Construction, Building Services and Engineering provision.  

Dave commenced his FE career in 2000 working at Barnfield College in Luton. In 2008 he moved to Bedford College as the Head of Construction and in 2018 joined the Senior Leadership Team as Director of Construction and Building Services for the College Group, leading staff across multiple campuses. Dave continues to support the initiatives which have brought training opportunities to local employers and individuals within the Bedford area.  

Dave has been a member of BACH (British Association of Construction Heads) since 2008, undertaking the role of National Chair from 2019-2021.  

Dave joined the NOCN Group Board of Trustees in January 2023.
