Dave is a Vice Principal at Bedford College, overseeing the strategic leadership of the college as well as continuing oversight of Construction, Building Services and Engineering provision.  

Dave commenced his FE career in 2000 working at Barnfield College in Luton. In 2008 he moved to Bedford College as the Head of Construction. In 2018 Dave joined the Senior Leadership Team as Director of Construction and Building Services for the College Group, leading staff across multiple campuses. Dave supports and contributes to many initiatives which have brought new training opportunities to local employers and individuals within the Bedford area.  

Dave has been a member of BACH (British Association of Construction Heads) since 2008, undertaking the role of National Chair from 2019-2021.  

Dave joined the NOCN Group Board of Trustees in January 2023.
