Gareth Jones is the NOCN Chair of Trustees. His day job is as Chief People Officer of Unimo Group S.A. the sustainablity-focused private investment network. Prior to this he was Director of Human Resources at M&G Investments, the international asset management firm where he led the introduction of apprenticeships across all business disciplines.

Gareth was previously head of organisational development and training, having joined Prudential's fund management business in 1998.

Before joining M&G, he was a managing consultant with a consultancy business, focused on leadership development and project and risk management. In his early years he held a range of commercial and business management and development roles.

He is also a Director of Diverse Talent Networks.
