Simon was previously the Group’s Finance Director since 2017 and has also been the Deputy CE since 2021.

Simon is a qualified CIMA accountant and an economics graduate from the University of York. Prior to NOCN Simon worked as the Finance Director/Head of the UK Commission for Employment & Skills (UKCES) for 7 years, a UK Government Skills body, having previously worked in various finance roles at the Sector Skills Development Agency, Morgan Stanley investment bank and Credit Suisse Private Banking.
