Sohil is an ACCA qualified accountant with over a decade of experience in financial management and strategic leadership. Currently serving as the Group Director of Finance at NOCN Group, where he is responsible for steering the financial operations and strategy of the organisation to achieve financial efficiency and growth.

Prior to joining NOCN Group, he worked in the Not-for-Profit sector and Higher Education institutions including the University of Cambridge and Sheffield Hallam University, where his roles focused on financial performance and sustainability.
