Steve Thompson has over 30 years of strategic leadership in construction and education. He led a resettlement construction programme in the prison service, created a firm employing ex-offenders, and directed employer engagement and apprenticeship programmes. He pioneered initiatives in renewable energy, sustainable waste management, green construction, engineering, and manufacturing.
