At NOCN Group, our mission has always gone beyond delivering qualifications and assessment services. As a charitable organisation, we've championed work to shape skills policy and support the sector through research and advocacy.

Today, we're proud to take that commitment even further with the launch of the NOCN Group Foundation – a new initiative designed to trial, support, and promote innovative approaches to skills delivery across the UK.

The Foundation will provide targeted funding to help increase participation in skills. By supporting innovative ideas and new delivery models, we aim to empower our customers and partners to achieve a greater impact in their work.

We created the Skills Innovation Grant Programme as our first major initiative to support projects that explore creative, practical solutions to challenges in skills development. The insights we gain from applicants will help us improve our own products and services, while also contributing to wider policy thinking across the sector.

This is only the beginning. We plan to launch more grant programmes and awards in the future, and we're committed to learning and evolving with each round.
