Do you know that NOCN has a suite of qualifications which are specifically designed to allow people to work in essential industries?
If someone wants to work in construction and needs their CSCS ('Green') card, or if they want to be a commis chef and needs a food safety certificate for example, then these awards are what they need.
Known as ‘License to Practice’ qualifications, they can be delivered in a day or two and some are available online. They are cost effective and allow someone to work competently and safely in catering, security and construction environments.
These essential License to Practice qualifications are as follows:
First Aid
- NOCN Level 2 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (QCF)
Food Safety
- NOCN Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering (QCF)
Health and Safety
- NOCN Level 1 Award in Health and Safety in a Construction environment (QCF)
Security
- NOCN Level 2 Award for Working as a CCTV Operative (Public Space Surveillance) within the Private Security Industry (QCF)
- NOCN Level 2 Award for Working as a Cash and Valuables in Transit Operative within the Private Security Industry (QCF)
- NOCN Level 2 Award for Working as a Security Officer within the Private Security Industry (QCF)
- NOCN Level 2 Award for Working as a Door Supervisor within the Private Security Industry (QCF)
- NOCN Level 2 Award for Upskilling a Door Supervisor within the Private Security Industry(QCF)
