Operational Update

There are three pieces of news from the Operations Team in this edition.

1. New Certificates Contact
Centres can now have a named certification contact role and this person can be the person who receives the organisation's certificates, no longer does it need to be the main contact for the centre.

2. Centre Errors
Some helpful advice for Centres who make an errors or receive an error messages on Quartzweb: If a centre makes an error with a registration - phone us the same day to avoid being invoiced before the error can be rectified. Likewise, if a centre receives an error message when registering, phone us to avoid any duplication of runs or of learners being registered. The number to call is: 0114 227 0500.

3. User Guide Videos
There are some excellent User Guide videos available on our Youtube channel and on Quartzweb which will greatly assist Centres with all the day-to-day processing, registering learners and submitting RACs. The links can be found below and are available on Quartzweb:
