Super Trowel Final 2026

For its fourth year, Super Trowel ventured outdoors to Hertfordshire County Showground, where the very best in bricklaying went head-to-head for the grand final after a series of regional events.

NOCN Group was delighted to support this year's competition, which celebrated excellence in bricklaying while highlighting the importance of developing and recognising skilled professionals across the construction sector.

Exhibition Stand

Across both days, our stand provided a great opportunity to connect with training providers, experienced tradespeople and the next generation of construction talent. Visitors engaged with our team throughout the event and learned more about our construction qualifications, apprenticeship assessment and workforce development solutions. Our YardBall football challenge proved a hit with attendees across all age ranges, offering a nostalgic street football experience.

Competition Highlights

From our stand, we had a fantastic view of the main arena, where we witnessed some incredible talent on display, from the Hardest Hods to the Juniors, Pros and Masters competitions.

We were also proud to sponsor the judging panel for the third consecutive year. Led by Steve Thompson MCIOB, Group Director of Skills at NOCN Group, the panel were responsible for ensuring consistency and quality across all competition categories. As experts in their craft, the judges evaluated technique, speed and attention to detail.

Congratulations to all the winners and finalists whose skill, dedication and craftsmanship were on display throughout the competition.

CPCS Plant Area

Away from the bricklaying arena, visitors could test their skills on plant operation simulators and watch live crane demonstrations, providing an insight into the diverse opportunities available across the wider construction sector.
