EPAO Conference – 23rd September, Birmingham
We’re looking forward to joining the EPAO Conference 2025, in Birmingham hosted by the Apprenticeship and Skills Group. This event will explore the implications, opportunities, and practical steps ahead for the sector.
Attendees will hear from policymakers, regulators, EPAOs, AOs, and providers to help make sense of upcoming changes and prepare for what’s next. NOCN Group will be exhibiting and showcasing our skills solutions for apprenticeship End Point Assessment.
North Green Skills Conference – 24th September, Hull
As proud sponsors of the North Green Skills Conference, we’re helping shape the conversation around net-zero skills and workforce transformation.
We’re teaming up with Quantum Training to deliver a panel discussion on “Bridging the Green Skills Gap”, examining current workforce gaps, emerging industry needs, and strategies to align talent development with market demands.

AELP SCI Summit – 24th September, Birmingham
We’re proud to be the headline sponsor of the AELP Sustainable Construction & Infrastructure (SCI) Summit, which brings together curriculum leaders, policymakers, and training providers to explore innovation in skills delivery.
Our Chief Executive, Graham Hasting-Evans, will deliver a keynote speech sharing insights into the opportunities and challenges surrounding Sustainable Construction and Infrastructure. Later in the day, Graham will also lead a workshop alongside Tammy Leipacher, National Account Manager, focused on digitising access to skills competencies and establishing a skills passport to support learner mobility and workforce development.
PlantWorx – 23rd–25th September, Newark
Plantworx 2025 is the UK’s premier showcase for cutting-edge machinery, technology, and innovation in the construction industry. At the NOCN Group stand, visitors will have the opportunity to engage directly with our team and learn more about our comprehensive suite of construction skills solutions, including the Construction Plant Competence Scheme (CPCS). We’ll be demonstrating how our qualifications and training pathways support workforce development and help employers meet evolving industry standards.
We’ll also be running our popular darts challenge, giving attendees the chance to win prizes while learning more about how NOCN Group is driving excellence in construction training and delivery. Whether you're a training provider, employer, or learner, we look forward to connecting with you and discussing how we can support your skills journey.
Women in Construction Awards – 26th September, London
NOCN Group is proud to sponsor the Women in Construction Awards 2025, an inspiring event that shines a spotlight on the achievements of women across the construction industry. This celebration is more than just an awards ceremony - it’s a powerful platform for recognising leadership, innovation, and advocacy for diversity and inclusion in a traditionally male-dominated sector.
We’re thrilled that our Head of Product, Tracey Patmore, will be presenting the award for the Inclusive Company category. This award honours organisations that are actively creating inclusive environments, championing equality, and supporting women to thrive in construction roles at all levels.
Labour Party Conference – 28th September- 1st October, Liverpool
We’re delighted to be attending the Labour Party Conference 2025 in Liverpool, where we’ll be contributing to two pivotal fringe events focused on the future of skills and productivity.
On Monday 29th September at 9:00 AM, we will join forces with SME4Labour and SPL Strategies for ‘The Skills Revolution: Equipping Britain for the Future – Delivering on Labour's Promise’. Our Chief Executive, Graham Hasting-Evans will join a panel discussion alongside Terry Jermy MP and sector leaders from Exeter College, City Training, JTL Training, and more. Together, they will explore how Labour’s commitment to a fairer, greener, and more prosperous Britain can be realised through vocational education, apprenticeships, and green skills development.
Later that day, at 6:00 PM, Graham will speak at a panel hosted by the New Statesman and NOCN Group: ‘How can the government turn the tide on skills to achieve its mission of a high-productivity, high-growth economy?’
Kent Construction EXPO – 2nd October, Kent
We’re excited to be part of the Kent Construction EXPO, a key event that brings together the South East construction community to celebrate innovation, collaboration, and excellence across the industry.
At our stand, visitors will have the opportunity to explore NOCN Group’s full suite of construction skills solutions, including the Construction Plant Competence Scheme (CPCS). Our team will be on hand to discuss how these solutions support workforce development, improve safety standards, and help employers meet the evolving demands of the sector.
There will be another opportunity to join our darts challenge - giving attendees the chance to win prizes while learning more about our work.
