NOCN_Cskills Awards Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Wood Occupations (Construction) - Heritage

Dear Colleague,

As part of our commitment to provide qualifications in line with industry requirements we regularly review all qualifications across all occupations.

A review has been made via the CITB Standards Setting Body (SSB) on the Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Wood Occupations (Construction) qualification and therefore we wish to inform you of the changes as shown below.

As part of the qualification suite, NOCN has introduced three new qualifications with new Ofqual Portal references, they are as follows:

NEW QUALIFICATIONS (Available - 01.05.2020)

• NOCN_Cskills Awards Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Wood Occupations (Construction) – Heritage Site Carpentry (603/5465/3)
• NOCN_Cskills Awards Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Wood Occupations (Construction) – Heritage Structural Post And Beam Carpentry (603/5466/5)
• NOCN_Cskills Awards Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Wood Occupations (Construction) – Heritage Architectural Joinery (603/5467/7)

• Quartz web, Horizon, Website and Skillsfile will be updated accordingly with the new qualifications and the qualification structures are attached in the DOWNLOADS tab on the website for the qualification - NOCN_Cskills Awards Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Wood Occupations (Construction) qualification – Site Carpentry, Architectural Joinery, Structural Post and Beam Carpentry, with the changes for your information.

• Also attached in the DOWNLOADS tab on the website, is the new unit versions with the changes highlighted, for your perusal.
