Planned System Maintenance – Wednesday 15th April 2026

Please note: On Wednesday 15th April 2026, Quartzweb will be temporarily unavailable while we carry out essential system updates.

The upgrade is scheduled to take place from 4:00pm–4:30pm, during which time centres will be unable to access the QuartzWeb system. Our Customer Service and Operations teams will also be unable to access Quartz during this time, meaning they will not be able to answer calls.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

The following qualifications have now been updated to include an additional 6 units.

500/7522/6 NOCN Entry Level Award in Personal Progress (Entry 1)

500/7523/8 NOCN Entry Level Certificate in Personal Progress (Entry 1)

500/7524/X NOCN Entry Level Diploma in Personal Progress (Entry 1)

The additional units are

• Being Healthy
• Engaging with Personal Care Routines
• Engaging with Therapies
• Exploring Household Cleaning and Equipment
• Exploring Creative Activities
• Exploring Performing Arts
