NOCN has recently published updates to the following policies and procedures:

• NOCN Examination and Invigilation Policy and Procedure
• NOCN Malpractice and Maladministration Policy and Procedure
• NOCN External Whistleblowing Policy and Procedure
• NOCN Invoicing Policy

Changes have been made to reflect current working practices and to further align processes across our AO and EPAO products.

Although there are no major changes for centres and training providers, NOCN encourages our customers to review the updated documents to ensure they are familiar with the latest requirements.
