The NOCN group has developed the following NEW qualification:
NOCN Level 3 Diploma in Electric and Hybrid Car Servicing
The qualification will be available for Centres to register their learners from the 5th June 2026.
The purpose of this qualification supports the development of occupational competence within the automotive engineering sector, focusing on high voltage (HV) systems, energy storage, power electronics, and supporting subsystems. It also includes supervisory and workshop management functions to support career progression.
This Level 3 qualification provides learners with a range of knowledge and skills. Learners will also develop the competencies required to supervise EV servicing operations, including managing staff, planning work schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
There are 5 mandatory components to this qualification.
