The NOCN Group has developed the following NEW qualification:
NOCN Level 4 Diploma in Low Voltage Electrical Installation and Maintenance
The qualification will be available for Centres to register their learners from the 5th June 2026.
The purpose of this qualification is to equip learners with the knowledge and understanding to progress to further training in or progress into a job role in the Building services engineering industry.
This Level 4 qualification provides learners with a range of knowledge and skills. Learners will be required to plan, install, maintain, test and supervise low voltage electrical systems and associated technologies, including electrical infrastructure, motor control systems, automation systems and building services, in accordance with current industry regulations and safety standards.
There are 9 mandatory components to this qualification and 1 optional component.

This qualification also has an optional unit.
It is not mandatory that learners complete this unit to complete the overall qualification and it is not part of the credit value of the qualification:
