A new course has been developed for the construction industry to use:

Assured Human Form Recognition (HFR) Plant Proximity Safety

The course will be available for Centres to register their learners from the 1st June 2026

The course aims to introduce HFR systems, their purpose, operation, limitations, alerts, DTU use and role in supporting safer behaviours around plant.

This course will benefit plant operators and all site personnel who may be required to work around plant and machinery, including operatives, foreman, supervisors, managers, engineers, surveyors and supply chain partners.

The outline, structure and content of this course is assured by NOCN Group.

Course Approval

Prior to advertising or delivering this Assured Course, organisations must first gain Centre Approval

Quartz web and the Website will be updated accordingly with the new course

Certification for this course is valid for 3 years from the date of training. To remain certified in this area, delegates will need to retake the course again before the certificate expires.
