As part of our commitment to provide qualifications in line with industry requirements we regularly review and develop new qualifications across all occupations.
The NOCN Group has developed the following new qualification:
NOCN Level 2 Award in Brazing Techniques
The qualification will be available for Centres to register their learners from the 20th July 2026.
The purpose of this qualification is to equip learners with the knowledge and understanding to progress to further training in or progress into a job role in the Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heat Pump (RACHP) industry.
The NOCN Level 2 Award in Brazing Techniques is a 3-credit qualification with a Total Qualification Time (TQT) of 30, including 24 Guided Learning Hours (GLH).
Mandatory Group
Learners must achieve all 3 credits from the 1 mandatory component:
