As part of our commitment to provide qualifications in line with industry requirements we regularly review and develop new qualifications across all occupations.

The NOCN Group has developed the following new qualification:

NOCN Level 4 Diploma in Healthcare Support

The qualification will be available for Centres to register their learners from the 1st August 2026.

The purpose of this qualification is to equip learners with the essential knowledge and advanced skills needed to understand and apply key patient safety practices in a healthcare environment.

With a Total Qualification Time (TQT) of 1200 hours, including 813 Guided Learning Hours (GLH), this qualification offers a structured approach to understanding competencies and identifying areas for growth.

Mandatory Group

Learners must achieve all 120 credits from the 36 mandatory components. Please refer to the qualification specification here for information.

Quartz web, Website and Horizon, will be updated accordingly with the new Qualification.
