As part of our commitment to provide qualifications in line with industry requirements we regularly review and develop new qualifications across all occupations.

The NOCN Group has developed the following new qualification:

NOCN Level 1 Certificate in Food and Beverage Service

The qualification will be available for Centres to register their learners from the 1st August 2026.

The purpose of the NOCN Level 1 Certificate in Food & Beverage Service is to equip learners with the essential knowledge and practical skills needed to carry out fundamental food and beverage service tasks in a hospitality setting.

With a Total Qualification Time (TQT) of 140 hours, including 122 Guided Learning Hours (GLH), this qualification offers a focused introduction to core food and beverage service tasks and workplace practice.

Quartz web, Website and Horizon, will be updated accordingly with the new Qualification.
