As part of our commitment to provide qualifications in line with industry requirements we regularly review and develop new qualifications across all occupations.

The NOCN Group has developed the following new qualification:

NOCN Level 4 Certificate for Certified Green Building Professional

The qualification will be available for Centres to register their learners from the 5th August 2026.

The purpose of this qualification is to equip learners with the knowledge and understanding required to design, implement, and manage sustainable, resource-efficient buildings. It supports the application of green building principles, optimisation of energy and water performance, use of low-carbon materials, and the improvement of indoor environmental quality.

Total Qualification Time (TQT) is 150 hours, including 106 Guided Learning Hours (GLH). Learners must achieve all 15 credits from the 3 mandatory components.
