Train the Trainer

Commencement date 3rd September 2026

This short course is aimed at trainers, tutors and assessors who deliver, or are preparing to deliver, NOCN qualifications and units and who wish to strengthen their skills in planning and delivering inclusive, outcomes-focused teaching.

The course is delivered through three self-paced eLearning modules and three live facilitated clinics. The eLearning modules provide the underpinning knowledge, interactive activities and preparation for each stage. The live clinics use tutor modelling, professional discussion, peer review, practical activities, demonstrations, scenario-based problem-solving, microteaching and reflective practice.
