If you are already an approved NOCN Group or CPCS Centre, you can offer assured short courses at no additional cost.
Assured Short Course Centres are required to pay the annual fee to benefit from a suite of ongoing services, which include:
- Quality Assurance:Each Centre receives at least one external quality assurance monitoring activity per academic year - delivered either in person or remotely, tailored to the Centre’s delivery model and the specifics of their NOCN GROUP provision. Centres with sufficient throughput may be eligible for an additional monitoring activity, which could be:
- An in-person or remote external quality assurance visit
- Remote sampling of delivery and assessment
- Systems and Administration: Access to live and pre-recorded training sessions led by our in-house specialists, supporting your staff through webinars and instructional videos.
- Dedicated Customer Support: Direct access to our experienced support team for assistance when you need it.
- Training, Events, and Webinars: Enjoy a variety of free events, both online and face-to-face, designed to help your staff grow and succeed throughout the year.
