Centre Fees

Becoming an NOCN Group Approved Centre involves two key stages, each with a clear, one-off fee.

Stage 1: Application Fee – £300

  • This non-refundable fee is invoiced at the start of the Centre Recognition process.
  • It covers the initial review of your application and eligibility.

Stage 2: Centre Set-Up Fee – £400

  • Charged only if your application is successful.
  • Covers your first Quality Assurance visit and all centre set-up administration.

In some cases, these fees may be reduced depending on your organisation’s profile or existing partnerships.

Annual Centre Fee – £850

All approved NOCN Group Centres pay an Annual Centre Fee to access a full suite of support, systems, and services that help you deliver high-quality qualifications with confidence.

When is it charged?

  • Existing Centres: Invoiced annually before the academic year starts, or on your approval anniversary (if approved after 1 August 2022).
  • New Centres: Invoiced upon final approval.

What’s Included?

  • Personalised Support: A dedicated Business Development Manager (BDM) to guide and support you—online or in person.
  • vLearn Digital Platform: Access to our virtual learning environment with live classrooms, tutor resources, and hundreds of digital materials (powered by Olive Group).
  • Quality Assurance: At least one external quality monitoring activity per year—remote or face-to-face. High-volume centres may receive a second QA activity.
  • Training & Events: Free access to regular training, webinars, and events to keep your team up to date.
  • Admin & Systems Support: Easy-to-use systems, live training sessions, and pre-recorded videos to support your staff.
  • NOCN Group Hub: Manage invoices, access eCertificates, apply for CPCS cards, and more—all in one place.
  • Expert Customer Service: Dedicated contacts for qualifications, apprenticeships, and CPCS support.
