As per your funding contracts with the Education and Skills Funding Agency, it is your responsibility to use this funding to cover the costs of registration and certification for learners. Where Centre accounts have balances overdue, we withhold the right to put registration and certifications on hold until accounts are cleared.

Where invoices are not paid in accordance with agreed Terms and Conditions, NOCN reserves the right to charge:
A fee of 8% above the Bank of England Base Rate
A compensation fee, proportionate to the size of the debt, in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998:

Where any correction or amendment is required to a learner registration, the Centre will incur a £16 + VAT administration charge per learner to correct or amend the registration. This includes in instances where learners are transferred between qualifications. This charge will apply at NOCN’s discretion.
This fee also applies if a Certification error needs to be corrected prior to printing.
NOCN will not charge a fee for the withdrawal of learners.
The original registration fee is not refundable.
