The resit fee for a qualification assessment is £17.
Units and ICVs
Units are charged at the following rates:
The resit fee for a unit is £8.50.
You may also register learners for a flexible programme that doesn't lead to a full qualification by using the Intended Credit Value (ICV). This is ideal for groups with varied learning needs or for building tailored courses.
If a learner earns more credits than required for a qualification, additional credit charges will apply.

Please note: Resits are available only for Level 1 and Level 2 Functional Skills Qualifications. Each resit requires a new learner registration.
Written Examination Feedback and Remarking
If your external assessment is marked by a NOCN GROUP examiner, you can request an External Assessment Feedback Report, which highlights skill areas mapped to the qualification standard. This service is not available for End Point Assessments, which have their own appeals process.
