Organised by the Construction Plant-hire Association (CPA), Stars of the Future is an established national awards scheme that recognises outstanding apprentices and trainees across the industry. Now in its twelfth year, the awards honour those who not only demonstrate strong technical ability and commitment to their roles, but also show the leadership potential to shape the future of the sector.

This year’s awards ceremony will take place on Thursday 10th July 2025 at the Heart of England Conference and Events Centre, near Coventry.
