  • Mayor's Office for Policing & Crime: Custody Based Youth Work (tender deadline: 19th August 2026)
    • The aim of the Custody-Based Intervention Service is to engage young adults aged 18–25 at a critical point of contact within police custody and provide timely, trauma-informed and relationship-based support that helps them address unmet needs, build resilience and achieve positive outcomes.
  • Department for Culture, Media and Sport: Youth Matters Fund (tender deadline: 21st August)
    • The Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) is seeking a single grant recipient (or consortium) to lead the Youth Matters Fund (YMF). This £400 million+ programme is committed to delivering significant, long-term change in youth provision across underserved areas in England.
  • Engineering Construction Industry Training Board: Card Production (tender deadline: 25th August 2026)
    • This contract is for the provision of fraud-resistant card solutions across ECITB's CCNSG, LaTS, IHSP and ICE schemes, spanning both physical and digital cards, delivered through a single supplier.
  • Department for Education: Matrix Standard Administration and Management (tender deadline: 28th August 2026)
    • The Department for Education is seeking to procure an organisation to manage, administer and deliver the matrix Standard, the Government's quality standard for the provision of information, advice and guidance on learning and work.
  • Department for Work and Pensions: Youth Jobs Grant (expiry: 31st October 2028)
    • The Youth Jobs Grant is part of the Youth Guarantee and provides financial support to employers to encourage the recruitment of young people who may otherwise find it difficult to enter the labour market.

  • Department for Business & Trade: Provision of Digital Skills for Technology (tender launch: TBC)
    • A call-off contract is required specialising in delivering Government Digital & Data framework roles and associated capabilities to deliver digital outcomes aligned to the government technology code of practice and service assessment guidelines.

  • London Legacy Development Corporation: Inclusive Growth Framework(tender deadline: 12th August)
    • London Legacy Development Corporation intends to establish the Inclusive Growth Framework, providing a flexible route to commission services that advance inclusive growth, equality, education, skills, employment, enterprise, community participation and evidence based decision making across Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, East London and the areas served by participating authorities.
  • Herefordshire Council: Adult Skills Fund Delivery 2026-29 (tender deadline: 25th August 2026)
    • Herefordshire Council is seeking to appoint up to 4 service providers for the engagement with learners and delivery of Adult Skills Fund learning opportunities within Herefordshire, in line with the council's priorities and priority groups.
  • Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea: Adult Learning Service Pseudo-Framework for Delivery Partners 2023-2028 (tender deadline: 27th August 2026)
    • Kensington and Chelsea’s Adult Learning Service is seeking organisations who deliver adult and family learning to join the Pseudo-Framework (5-year framework) for the remaining period until 31 July 2028.
  • Greater London Authority: Construction Skills Pilot (tender deadline: 30th September 2026)
    • The Construction Skills Pilot is a mayoral pilot programme committing to support and expand employer-led construction training in London.

  • Gateshead College: Rail Industry Services (tender launch: 10th September 2026)
    • The College is seeking to procure specialist training and services from a suitably accredited and experienced Supplier, who will work with the College to train and qualify new entrants to the rail industry and provide a pathway to employment.
  • Cardiff University: Flexible Lifelong Learning (tender launch: 15th September 2026)
    • The University is currently undertaking a programme of work to provide the necessary insights and lay the groundwork for a strategic approach to fully online post graduate taught portfolio development and delivery, with a proposed start date for the first phase of the portfolio being September 2027.
  • Newcastle City Council: Alternative Provision and Specialist Tuition Framework (tender launch: 1st October 2026)
    • The Council commissions Alternative Provision and Specialist Tuition services to support children and young people who are unable to access, or would benefit from support in addition to, mainstream education. The future framework will seek to ensure the continued availability of high-quality, safe and effective provision that meets the diverse needs of children and young people across the city.
