International Application Form
To request approval to become an NOCN International Centre you will need to download and complete an application form for centres based outside the UK seeking approval offer NOCN Group Regulated qualifications. NOCN Group International Centre Application Form.

Guidance on the process of becoming approved as an NOCN Centre can be found in the NOCN Quality Assurance Manual, this outlines the process and how you can prepare for the quality reviews which are a key art of Center Approval, this document also outlines the practical requirements for running NOCN training programmes and the staffing requirements.
If you are an existing centre seeking to apply for permission to deliver additional NOCN Regulated Qualifications, you can either apply online using Horizon or complete the Application for Additional Qualification Approval and return the document to email@example.com
NOCN International Endorsed Programmes
If you are seeking Endorsement of you own training programme/s from NOCN you will need to download and complete the NOCN Group International Endorsement Programme Application Form.
This should be submitted to us with the Endorsed Programme Content Spreadsheet which you can use to list all the details of the programme you wish to get endorsed.
International NOCN Centre Agreement
As part of the approval process for New NCON International Centres you will be asked to complete, sign and return to us the NOCN Centre Agreement and Terms and Conditions. This document will also be sent you from by the NOCN Onboarding team when you have completed the approval process.

Managing your Account with NOCN online systems
How to manage the details relating to your Training Organisation’s Account with NOCN using Horizon. You will have been sent log in details for Horizon when you were approved as an NOCN Centre.

You use a different platform called Quartz Web to register your student’s and list their achievements when they have successfully completed the training and claim your learners’ certificates.
Registrations should be made a minimum of 7 days before you list the achievement of the students and claim their certificates.

Please note that until you have completed several successful reviews by our Quality Assurance Advisors, you will need to have each claim for certificates Externally Verified before we will release your certificates. When you have claimed your certificates our Quality Team will be in touch with you to arrange this process. We know speed of certification is very important so we will make every effort to complete this process promptly.
