This partnership was established with the aim of bringing the best of British educational standards to support innovation and skills development in the Indian subcontinent. In the Indian subcontinent, NOCN works with local government agencies, training providers and employers to offer a range of products and services to improve and accredit local training programmes.

NOCN also operates in Pakistan to offer qualifications and accreditation to government and local training providers, working in partnership since 2021 with partner International Skills Mark, Pakistan.
