Supporting Compliance and Quality Assurance in International Contexts
Operating across a wide range of international contexts, including regions experiencing volatility or disruption, NOCN Group is committed to maintaining high standards of skills provision while adapting pragmatically to local challenges.
To respond to an evolving international environment, NOCN Group has implemented a range of flexible policy measures and operational provisions to ensure continuity, protect learner outcomes, and support centres in maintaining high-quality delivery.
Extending/forgoing the 60-working day enrolment to registration requirement
Offering to register impacted learners on affected Centres’ behalf
Extending the 3-year registration to award period for any potentially impacted learners nearing completion
Enhanced Support for Centres
Alongside the policy flexibility outlined above, NOCN Group provides tailored operational support to centres navigating disruption. This includes:
Rearranging or altering the format/location of Quality Assurance Visits
Extending deadlines for outstanding Quality Assurance actions
Completing administrative actions on behalf of Centres (alongside registering learners)
Rearranging or rescheduling booked assessments that learners are unable to take due to disruption
Considering Special Considerations where learners’ assessments are cancelled or disrupted by ongoing events
Through these measures, NOCN Group ensures that quality standards are upheld while remaining responsive to the realities of international delivery, particularly in challenging or rapidly changing environments.
