A New Era for NOCN Group End Point Assessment

To enhance the delivery of our End Point Assessment (EPA) services, we’re excited to share that we are transitioning to the epaPRO platform, delivered in partnership with Skilltech Solutions, on Monday 2nd of February 2026.
This move is part of our commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, ensuring a smoother, smarter experience for training providers, apprentices and employers.
epaPRO is designed to make managing EPA easier and more efficient for our customers. Here’s what you can look forward to:
• One secure login for complete visibility of apprentices and assessments
• Streamlined gateway submissions with guided checklists
• Clear milestone tracking for every standard
• Automated reminders and updates
• Mock assessments and learner support resources
• Comprehensive reporting to support learner progress and outcomes
epaPRO brings everything you need into one intuitive platform, helping you save time and focus on what matters most – supporting apprentices to succeed.
From 2nd of February 2026, all new apprentices entering gateway will be managed through epaPRO. This means faster processes, better visibility and improved communication every step of the way.
Learners already accepted through gateway in our current Rubric system before this date will continue to be processed in Rubric, so there’s no disruption for those already in progress.
To help you make the most of epaPRO, we’re running a series of training webinars throughout January with Skilltech Solutions. These sessions will guide you through the platform and answer your questions.
What the webinars will cover:
- A walkthrough of what epaPRO looks like
- How familiar booking tasks are completed on the new system
- What will feel different – and what won’t
- How support will work during launch

As part of the transition from Rubric to epaPRO, many of our customers have been asking how NOCN Group will support the delivery of Foundation Apprenticeships and End-Point Assessment going forward.
To provide clarity and practical guidance, NOCN Group will be partnering with epaPRO to deliver an informative webinar for current and prospective NOCN Group centres. The session will cover how Foundation Apprenticeships will be managed operationally, as well as a walkthrough of the processes within the epaPRO platform.
This webinar is an excellent opportunity to understand what the changes mean for your centre, ask questions, and ensure you are fully prepared for upcoming delivery and assessment requirements.
