NOCN Group is proud to announce the accreditation of Bahrain’s Institute of Public Administration (IPA) as an internationally accredited training centre.

The official signing ceremony took place in Manama, attended by His Excellency Alistair Long, the British Ambassador to Bahrain, Dr. Shaikha Rana Bint Isa Bin Duaij Al Khalifa, Director-General of BIPA, and Carl Hassell, Chief Operating Officer of NOCN Group and Ebrahim Radhi, the Regional NOCN Director of Gulf Region.
Dr. Shaikha Rana highlighted the institute’s dedication to developing national leaders capable of driving administrative excellence in alignment with Bahrain’s comprehensive development goals under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
Through NOCN Group’s accreditation, IPA has demonstrated its adherence to globally recognised quality standards in leadership training and professional development. The accreditation includes IPA’s National Program for the Development of Government Leaders and its full suite of leadership programmes across career levels.
NOCN Group commends IPA for its commitment to continuous improvement and for aligning its programs with international best practices. This partnership represents an important step in strengthening Bahrain’s position as a regional hub for leadership and administrative excellence while promoting collaboration between the UK and the Kingdom of Bahrain in education and skills development.
