Investors in People Gold

NOCN Group has been awarded the Investors in People Gold Award in recognition of its commitment to employee development, showing an ambitious and expanding organisation which nurtures and invests in its talent.

NOCN Group are delighted to be awarded the Investors in People Gold Award in which the organisation was assessed against 9 IIP indicators.

The Investors in People Assessor said: “It’s been great to see NOCN Group’s journey to Investors in People Gold accreditation. The group’s commitment to leading and developing its people is delivering great results across all areas of the Investors in People Standard. Brilliant!”

The findings of the IIP assessment include:

Teams have a strong performance culture
The Group have made a great start with the Kickstart Scheme
Employees have a good understanding and speak positively about terms and conditions of employment
Employees work closely alongside the Group values
The Group offer great development opportunities

The Group is a not-for-profit charitable organisation, a Leader in Diversity, and Disability Confident. It holds its ethical outlook as core to its success, with a firm commitment to create opportunities through learning and skills.
