• Factors that Influence Performance - examining the drivers of performance and strategies to remove obstacles.
• Management and Leadership Styles – understanding leadership approaches and when to apply them.
• Leadership Tools to Maximise Effectiveness – applying practical leadership tools to improve influence, decision-making, and communication.
• Developing High-Performance Teams through Strategic Motivational Management and Leadership – exploring methods for building resilient, high-performing teams.

All units are assessed through a Portfolio of Evidence, enabling learners to draw directly from their professional experiences and apply learning in a practical, meaningful way.
