New Centre Agreements & Sanctions Policy

Over the next couple of weeks NOCN will be sending out new centre agreements by post and by email directly to NOCN Centres. These agreements set out the terms of business between NOCN and its Centres and are required to be signed and returned.

The Centre Agreement has been updated to comply with recent regulatory changes and includes new clauses, including specific reference to reformed apprenticeships in England. NOCN will retain agreements according to the requirements set out by Ofqual.

The postal campaign will also include a copy of the most recent NOCN Annual Report which sets out some of our achievements in 2014-15 and includes our vision, mission and values, charitable objectives, performance data, inspirational learner case studies and product information. You can download a PDF copy in advance below.

As part of the Centre Agreement, NOCN has updated an important policy – the Sanctions Policy – which is available for Centres from the NOCN website.
