New NOCN Webinars

As part of its new Annual Support Package, NOCN has expanded its Webinar programme to cover more of the topics that are important to our customers.
These webinars will be available to download after broadcast so if you are not able to participate live, you can still benefit from the content. These webinars will be organised according to the following themes:
Customer Support and Systems
We have successfully delivered webinars over the last year on our customer IT systems – Horizon and Quartzweb - now these will be expanded to include a wider range of operational support topics to ensure Centres can work with us easily.
Quality and Compliance
The NOCN Quality and Compliance Team will be providing sessions on a range of topics including exam invigilation, compliance, assessment and quality assurance.
Functional Skills Centres can count on NOCN to provide webinars that cover maths and English to support progression, quality and best practice and these will be delivered by our Principal Examiners.
Security centres will get their own exclusive sessions from January and if our centres want to know anything specific in the meantime they can get in touch with our ever helpful Customer Service Team.
Sector News and Views
Finally, we will be offering our expert opinions on important political developments and policy announcements, for example on apprenticeships and skills, at key points in the calendar.
Events will be published in advance to allow people to register in good time. NOCN Centres will be contacted by email with booking instructions.
