Coronavirus update for customers

As you will be aware the government imposed a third national lockdown from Tuesday 5th January 2021. You will find out more operational detail on the implications for each of these services through the following links:

New Quartzweb Functionality

NOCN is now able to provide centres with the option to submit results using two methods. Centres can:

  1. Continue to generate a Recommendation for the Award of Credit (RAC) document and upload this through Quartzweb, or
  2. Submit results directly through Quartzweb.

The procedures on how to use this new functionality are available to download below.

Please note: If a RAC is generated on a run, Centres will no longer be able to submit results through Direct Entry, they will only be able to submit results through the submission of a RAC.
