NOCN achieves Leaders in Diversity Accreditation

NOCN has again been accredited as a Leader in Diversity by the National Centre for Diversity, a leading organisation promoting equality for all in the UK, in recognition of its commitment to both internal staff and external learners and centres.

NOCN was the very first Awarding Organisation and Apprenticeship Assessment Organisation to achieve Leaders in Diversity status in 2016 and works hard to give any and all people the opportunity to improve their lives and boost career prospects by learning with its educational services.

NOCN’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion policy is called Valuing All, because all people are valued. With this in mind, the organisation actively fights discrimination, gives equal access to opportunities and removes barriers to involvement.

To find out more about NOCN’s approach to Diversity and Inclusion read this recent blog from MD Graham Hasting-Evans on - How diversity in apprenticeships can bring competitive advantage to employers
