Notice for NOCN Centres

NOCN is currently experiencing technical issues affecting some email addresses.

To help ensure your emails are received and responded to promptly, all NOCN centres contacting their External Quality Assurer (EQA) should also copy the Assurance Team into the email at assurance@nocn.org.uk.

This temporary measure applies to NOCN centres only and will help minimise any delays in communication while the issue is being resolved.

NOCN appoints four new trustees during significant year

Four highly regarded business leaders from a diverse range of sectors have been appointed to the NOCN Board of Trustees.

The Sheffield based, leading Awarding and Apprentice Assessment Organisation and second largest construction Awarding Organisation in the UK, has announced Raj Boyjoonauth, Management Consultant for the United Nation Office of Drugs and Crime and a Master Trainer for the UNODC Treatment Project, Corrina Hembury, Managing Director for Skills and Learning at DBC Training, Kam Penglin Head of Business Development for CT Skills and Graham McPhail, Head of Education and Training at CITB will join the organisation in key roles.

The new appointments, takes the NOCN Board of Trustees up to 10 and enable NOCN to bring new ideas, expertise and knowledge, during a time of significant expansion for the organisation that recently announced the acquisition of CSkills Awards from the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB).

Graham Hasting Evans, MD at NOCN explains: "These new appointments take the NOCN Board of Trustees up to 12 and will provide NOCN with new ideas, expertise and knowledge, during a time of significant expansion for the organisation that recently announced the acquisition of CSkills Awards from the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB)."
