Coronavirus update for customers

NOCN Group offers a wide range of services including regulated qualifications, EPA for apprenticeships, Job Cards in construction, Access to HE Diplomas, bespoke accreditation, and educational and skills support training.

As you will be aware the government imposed a third national lockdown from Tuesday 5th January 2021. You will find out more operational detail on the implications for each of these services through the following links:

Please note that NOCN Group will be following the guidance issued by the ESFA, IfATE, Ofqual, CCEA Regulation, QAA, and Qualifications Wales, and will update our customers as things change.

Update 29th March 2021

On 24th March, Ofqual published the VTQ Contingency Regulatory Framework (VCRF) which allows NOCN to provide centres with awarding arrangements for learners who have had their training and assessment disrupted in 2021. NOCN Group Director appointed Export Champion

We are pleased to announce that NOCN Group Director of One Awards, International and Culture, Fabienne Bailey has been appointed by the Department for International Trade (DIT) to become one of the Northern Powerhouse's Export Champions.

NOCN Group works with organisations in Africa, Europe, India, South East Asia, The Middle East, Turkey and USA. One Awards led by Fabienne began their exporting journey in 2018 and currently works with organisations in Europe, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, and South Africa.

The appointment will enable Fabienne to support other businesses looking to trade across the world and further raise the NOCN Group and One Awards profiles through our international partners and customers and will be invited to talk to Ministers, HM Trade Commissioners, and Government Departments.

On being appointed to the role Fabienne said "I am thrilled to nominated for this role, since I joined One Awards in 2018 I have worked closely with the DIT and thank them for their support on our continuing Export journey and hope this will aid my role as Group Director for International to further develop our international presence and influence, growing our products and services to support more international organisations and students."
