Coronavirus update for customers

As you will be aware the government imposed a third national lockdown from Tuesday 5th January 2021. You will find out more operational detail on the implications for each of these services through the following links:

Please note that NOCN Group will be following the guidance issued by the ESFA, IfATE, Ofqual, CCEA Regulation, QAA, and Qualifications Wales, and will update our customers as things change.

NOCN Group Head Office is moving to a new address

NOCN Group is moving its Sheffield Office to a new modern, city centre office in Sheffield. The move is taking place over the coming weekend, from Friday 20 July to Monday 23 July.

NOCN Group is moving its Sheffield Office to a new modern, city centre office in Sheffield. The move is taking place over the coming weekend, from Friday 20 July to Monday 23 July.

The new NOCN Group Head Office address will be:

Acero Building
1 Concourse Way
Sheaf Street
Sheffield
S1 2BJ

Our phone numbers will remain the same.

There will be some disruption to our communication channels on Friday, which you need to be aware of:

  • Our Sheffield office will close at 1pm on Friday, all land line calls will be temporally redirected to our Norfolk office from this point.
  • From 3pm Friday to Monday morning, the phone lines will be closed.
  • Monday morning – our Sheffield and Norfolk offices will be open for business as usual.

The NOCN website, social media, Quartzweb and Horizon will all be available as usual.
