NOCN Group launches new Level 5 Qualification in drive to digitise Adult Social Care sector

NOCN Group's new Level 5 Award in Understanding Digital Leadership in Adult Social Care supports senior leaders in embracing technology to drive innovation, improve care delivery, and upskill their teams.

NOCN Group is pleased to launch a new Level 5 Award in Understanding Digital Leadership in Adult Social Care.

This is the first qualification of its kind to champion digital transformation in the care sector and respond to the growing demand to use technology to make informed decisions related to care delivery.

The Regulated Qualification and its contents have been carefully designed by NOCN Group to provide timely and relevant support for those working at a senior level in the Adult Social Care sector. It was developed in direct response to the growing need to digitise in the care sector and supports learners to identify and implement new technologies to use in their work, and to guide and upskill their teams to do the same.

Ideally, learners will already be in roles which provide opportunities to demonstrate leadership and introduce technology, and will have some knowledge of the content and resources from the Digital Skills Framework for Adult Social Care.

The hope is that this Qualification will equip learners with the skills and understanding to progress to further training or a job role in the Adult Social Care industry.

NOCN Group Health & Social Care Sector Manager, Cheryle Cox says:

“At NOCN Group, we are always looking at ways to elevate standards and professionalism in the care sector, improving both career pathways and patient outcomes. This new Level 5 Qualification will help senior leaders to embrace the use of technology to aid their work, and equip them with the skills they will need in an ever-changing industry.”
