NOCN Group marks National Customer Service Week 2024 with staff awards and spotlights

National Customer Service Week 2024 runs from 7–11 October, celebrating the value of great customer service across the UK. Each day spotlights a key theme, from the future of service to recognising exceptional contributions.
At skills charity NOCN Group, we’re taking the opportunity to celebrate our commitment to customer care by reflecting on how we've improved customer service over the last six months and holding our own Customer Service Awards, along with a range of other activities throughout the week.
We've invited our staff to nominate standout colleagues from across our customer service, business development, sector specialist and other teams who work with the Colleges, training providers and employers we serve. We'll spotlight nominees throughout the week, culminating in the selection of one for the Institute's Hero Award.
On Wednesday, we’ll profile Rachel Hobson, our Head of Awarding Organisation Operations, and Simon Lewis, our Head of Apprenticeships, to mark the day's 'Effective Service Leadership' theme. Throughout the week, we’ll also share key facts, customer testimonials, and an insight into some of our unique selling points as a leading 'skills solutions' provider and charitable organisation.
On Friday, we’ll announce the winners of the Awards during a special ceremony and on social media.
